High Price of Books

Books are what show us the right path. They lead us to success. Books have infinite benefits. The sorrowful situation is that poor people cannot buy books due to their high prices. Nowadays, poor students cannot afford to buy their course books, so how can they read and develop their creativity? They need the support of the government and the people. Poor people cannot read due to the high price of books. Their poverty and lack of resources compel them to quit reading.

According to a recent survey conducted by the National Education Association, the average price of textbooks has increased by 90% over the past decade. This rise in prices disproportionately affects low-income families, with 60% of them struggling to afford essential educational materials. Finally, I request everyone to take action on the high price of books.
