Inflation is one of the topline issues in Pakistan. The rate of inflation is
increasing day by day and people are facing many problems in their lives.
Furthermore, mostly during the Holy month of Ramadan, the rate of inflation
increased. However, Pakistan's inflation rate accelerated to 27.6% in January
of 2023 from 24.5% in December.
It was the highest reading since May of 1975 as
thousands of containers of food items, raw materials, and equipment are stuck
in imports after the cash-strapped government curtailed import.
Finally,
it is my humble request to the government that take serious action on this
uncontrollable problem.
