A Doll's House

The book A doll's house by Henrik Ibsen was published in Copenhagen on 4th December by Dover publication. The reason for naming it A doll house was patriarchal at that time, it was the time of the 1870s. The writer was inspired by his friend whose life was tough and the purpose of writing this book was to aware people of those females whose rights are being taken and whose freedoms are limited.

The main characters were Nora, her husband, and along with three friends of Nora. The novel is about Nora who is called by animals or birds for exp skylarks, squirrels or etc. She borrowed some money for treating her husband but instead of telling her thanks he became angry with her, that's why you didn't ask me for this. She was treated as a doll because she didn't do anything without the permission of her husband and also she danced for her husband. She was in search of a home where she thought that whatever she wanted should be done, her rights should not be snatched and her freedoms should not be limited.

At last, she said that I don't love you anymore and then she went out of that house.
The main theme is that women are not seen as human beings they are not treated as much as males.
I like the book because it was interesting and it was full of excitement and sadness.

I recommend this book because when you read it you will be aware of feminism and hope you will not let anyone interrupt in your rights and do such unethical things with you.
