   Leadership influence; knowing or understanding the leadership positively without negative effects is really something great. If a leader behaves in a good way and has the talents, skills, and abilities to behave others positively.

   Personal growth; this is a good journey to become a splendid leader for society in such events. However, prioritizing is extremely important to support the members and motivate the people. Develop a nice and compelling vision for your members and they should all the time guide, and suggest your leadership. Besides, the team should be convinced to follow and love your leadership. Moreover, high value on good work, honesty for the team, and behavior as crucial or necessary parts of great leadership. As a leader, should have strong political points to know the people on a great path. As well as the leader should focus on those works that give benefits and can give the team opportunities to achieve unbelievable achievements. Furthermore, they should focus on leadership goals and empower the responsibilities well which helps for growing leaders and consider good leaders and having great command of these actions. 

   It is also crucial that making a decision is important and understanding the weaknesses of your team as a leader of your team must know the respect of your members well. Communication is also important to convey the team with clear thoughts clearly. Besides, the leader always takes the people's words of members and gives the version to them. Moreover, it is important to authorize or cultivate positive behavior to know the psychology of your team since reading the minds of others can consider the leader as good. Finally, the points of your leadership are to serve the members with respect and guide them to be leaders after me.
