Once upon a time, there was a boy named Ali. As a child, his mother told him he would be a leader. However, when he started school, he remained silent in class, even when his classmates went to play. Confused, Ali went home and asked his mother about becoming a leader. She wisely advised him to actively participate in class. She emphasized that if he stayed silent, becoming a leader would be challenging. Taking her advice, Ali engaged in school activities and programs.
His performance was outstanding, and his classmates acknowledged him as a leader. Reflecting on his journey, Ali shared three important principles for being a leader: firstly, read and educate yourself; secondly, avoid unnecessary criticism; and thirdly, focus on your own growth instead of bringing others down.
