Once upon a time, there was a man named Khalil Gibran. He was sitting in the garden when another man approached him and said, "I know you, and I know your parents. One day, come to my home for a visit." The boy didn't know who this man was, so he asked his friend, who replied, "He is your father's friend."
One day, the boy went to visit this man's home. When he arrived, he saw a girl named Salma, who was very beautiful. They started to fall in love, sitting together, talking, and sharing meals. After seven days, he decided to visit again. However, the girl's father mistakenly thought they were siblings.
One day, another man came to their home and asked the father for his daughter's hand in marriage for his son. The girl's father agreed as they were old friends. When the father told the girl about her impending marriage, she was heartbroken. The boy returned home, saddened by this news. The girl's marriage was completed, and her father passed away a few months later. The boy and girl met somewhere, and the boy pleaded with her to leave her husband and the village. However, she refused, and the boy was left heartbroken.
Ten months later, the girl's health deteriorated, and she was admitted to the hospital. She gave birth to a child, but tragically, the baby did not survive. She asked about her son, and the doctor informed her of the baby's passing. Overwhelmed with grief, she passed away just ten minutes later. The boy, devastated by the events that had transpired, said, "My wings are broken.
