It is a clear and undeniable fact that there is a significant lack of quality education in Balochistan. The primary issue lies in the qualifications of the teachers. Many of them are not well-qualified, lack proper training, and are not specialists in their subjects. Furthermore, they struggle with communication skills, making it challenging to effectively impart knowledge to their students. The root cause of this problem can be traced back to political workers who often prioritize their relatives or those who offer monetary incentives to secure teaching positions for unqualified individuals.
A sincere request is made to the government of Pakistan to take decisive action against this critical issue. Instead of hiring unqualified teachers, it is crucial to select well-qualified, trained educators who can provide quality education.
