It has been an immense issue around the country. A young adult uses Smart phone 4 hours a day and most children are famous for using cell phones because when they get up in the early morning and they directly start using a smartphone and they use it from dawn to dusk.
Moreover, In our society, a large number of children are addicted to it and adults are also addicted to it.
Furthermore, in Pakistan, 53% of people are having face neck pain like an 8-year child sitting on their back and 86% of people have a low presence of mind because of phone usage and 87% of people use the phone before sleep.
Moreover, 72% of People use phones while eating. so, what could be the solution to this, and how to stop people from this. There are various solutions but the very first one is that before sleeping instead of phone we should read an interesting book in order to get some knowledge and to get rid of using phones.
Therefore, it is requested to all not make a habit of using phones instead of it we should read books and study more so as not to become smartphone-addicted.
