The Hazards of Polythene Bags

   Polythene bags are agents
of pollution, cancer, and skin diseases. It is used as a sort of slow poison in
daily life. It is an easy issue that may be solved quickly, but if neglected
can cause serious consequences. Plastic bags are difficult to recycle. They
pollute the whole environment. Furthermore, plastic bags save a threat to
some quantic animals also. Due to this between 400,000 and 1 million people are
dying as a result of such mismanaged waste.

   According to the charity
tearfunds, the US consumer product safety commission (CPSC) has received
average annual reports of twenty-five deaths per year of children due to
suffocation from plastic bags.

   Finally, I request to the
government of Pakistan take serious action in such kind of circumstances and
these bags should be banned.
