Violence against women and girls including rape, murder, acid attacks, domestic violence, and forced marriage remains a serious problem throughout Pakistan. As reports are concerned that roughly 1,000 women are killed in so-called honor killings every year in addition it is no less than cruelty, inequality, and savagery.
On the other hand, due to violence higher education remains just a dream for girls. As it is mentioned above that females are being raped, murdered, and getting forcibly married however this is not fair and even Islam is against such kinds of violence, Muslim countries are doing these messes with females. Failure to address this issue also entails a significant cost for the future moreover numerous studies have shown that children growing up with violence are more likely to become survivors themselves or perpetrators of violence in the future.
Decreasing violence against women and girls requires a community-based, multi-pronged approach, and sustained engagement with multiple stakeholders. The most effective initiatives address underlying risk factors for violence, including social norms regarding gender roles and the acceptability of violence.
At last, it's my pleading to the concerned authorities to end this.
