The Judicial system of Pakistan

The roots of the present judicial
system of Pakistan bounce back to the out-of-date period and even more. The
judicial system that we practice today has been collected over a long period.
Spanning roughly over a whole millennium. The system has passed through several
epochs covering the Hindu era. Muslim period including the Mughal dynasty.

British colonial period and post-independence period did not withstand the
successive changes ie-one rule dynasty was substituted by the other which
naturally occasioned the socioeconomic and political transformation of the
Indian society; the judicial system generally maintained stable growth, and
gradual advance toward consolidation, and improve the refinement without indeed
having to undergo any major disruption or substantial changes.
