Kupper is a small adjoining area of Gwadar District which is almost 120 kilometers away, but the residents face several circumstances with regard to the shortage of water in the area. Furthermore, Sawad Dam which is located in the east of this area has enough capacity to fulfill the water requirements of this area, but due to lack of attention from the government, the water is wasted uselessly.
Neither it is used for cultivation purposes nor did it benefit the people for other purposes. The government is requested to solve the problem of water shortage in the area on an immediate basis.
